I need to show Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 data in KPI vizual once the date filter got selected by the user

The user will select the year like this from the filter

Once the year got selected, the KPIs should show the data for all 4 Quarters like this:

The first KPI is the total Sales and the next four KPIs are for 4 quarters.

I tried Top and bottom date in filters, but couldn’t get it exactly.
How can I solve this ? Please help me on this. Thanks in advance.
