Hello @Kashgar, I have answered a similar question to this one but it was regarding an image in S3 rather than a PDF. If you are utilizing custom visual content in Quick Sight, the PDF needs to be viewable within the users browser, not Quick Sight. This should help explain it a bit, but basically it needs to be public.
