Introduction: "I am requesting support to develop an automated dashboard solution that will extract and visualize data from the QUICKSIGHT DASHBOARD FOR EAM system (https://us-east-1.quicksight.aws.amazon.com/sn/account/amazonbi/dashboards/97da42dc-2153-4006-b010-90bca818619f?#). The goal is to create an efficient, automated reporting system that will reduce manual data gathering efforts and provide real-time/near real-time visibility of key metrics. This will help improve decision-making processes and operational efficiency.

Current Challenge:

  • Manual data extraction is time-consuming

  • Need for regular data updates

  • Lack of centralized visualization

Proposed Solution: Development of an automated system using approved tools (Python/VBA) to:

  1. Extract data from EAM system

  2. Process and structure the data

  3. Present it in an interactive dashboard format

I would like to discuss the technical requirements and necessary approvals to proceed with this implementation."

whom should i contact for the EAM related issue. i already contacted IT team for this they only provided me this group. what i understand from this is the process is handled by one team and the data is handled by one team

so could you please suggest which is the best team to contact
