Hello all,
I would like to know if there is any way to implement a checkbox or a similar input format within a table to mark instances that have been reviewed, distinguishing them from those that have not yet been analyzed. Anything similar to this might be useful as well.

Hello @nquin308 , welcome to the QuickSight community! Unfortunately there is not currently built in functionality to add a column of functioning check boxes to a table in QuickSight. This is tagged as a feature request for now. Good luck building your dashboards!
do you mean QuickSight only displays which records were reviewed and which one were not?
or using QuickSight to mark an status in the record indicating which records are reviewed?
If it is the former one, then we can have indicator such as color to show it
if it is the later one, agree with Dylan, it is not available and it will be a feature request
