I have a question regarding the start_asset_bundle_import_job command, when I override the parameters from the source account like the vpcID and subnets IDs and so on, and replace them with values of a subnet that’s the same as one already created in the destination account, shouldn’t it update the one already created? because in my case it created an identical vpc to the one I already had

While I have not utilized this command often, to my understanding you are correct if you have replaced values correctly matching them exactly. Here is some additional documentation regarding the command that can assist in checking for any errors.
