I tried to add some S3 datasets using a manifest. The problem is that some files have been already transferred to Glacier, this causes the import to fail. We will try to keep the files out of Glacier the longer possible. We have lots of files althouhg we are interested in the recent ones only (not yet in Glacier).
I tried with Glue/Athena, and this works, it just ignores Glacier files and imports the rest.
My question, is possible to create a S3 upload manifest that includes a prefix but also ignores Glacier fails (ie, they dont cause the import to fail).
