if you are using enterprise edition, it should not have this limit. may i know whether you are using enterprise or standard edition?

Hi @kumarm22
Hoping suggestion provided by sagmukhe helped. I am marking the reply as “Solution,” but let us know if this is not resolved.
Thanks for posting your questions on the QuickSight CommunityQ&A Forum!
Still unresolved. The use case is as described below:
There are two companies i.e. Company A and Company B.
Company A does have 200 managers. Each manager can see data of their respective team data only.
Company B does have 50 managers. Each manager can see data of their individual team data only.
Company A can’t see the data of Company B and vice-versa.
These 250 managers should receive the scheduled reports on the 5th day of every month.
We are needed to set up access for companies A and B both. It seems the above-suggested solution is not working.
Are you already using row-level security to restrict each manager’s data visibility to their own company?
A screenshot of the error message that you’re getting may help.
We are already using the row-level-security, Same Username we need to add it to dashboard as well right, there we are only able to associate 100 username not more that. We have already crossed more than 100 distinct username.
