Hi , I have got the below data . I want to add an insight that compares the direct channel rate to an industry benchmark 22%.
So if my direct return rate is 30%, I want an insight that says ‘the direct channel is x% higher than 22% ‘ . how can i do that ?

Quicksight but only allows few computations . I have made a dashboard in arena Insight Comparison .
Here i have the conversion rate as 1.2%. I want an insight which says.
Conversion rate is -.95% higher/lower than Benchmark. ( depending on the +ve /-ve sign)

which means adding multiple metrics in the same narrative?

Yes you can have multiple lines within an insight narrative. All you have to do is add another ‘Block IF’ in your edit narrative block and as long as the logic is similar to what you already have, then the output will show two lines. To make it easier, you can copy one of the ‘Block IF’ and paste it right below in any of the free space. After that you can follow the same logic but replace the conversion rate to AOV.
