Internal error: oscar hash join failed

Earlier we were using RDS DB connection for my direct SQL dataset.
My SQL was working fine.
But now we have converted datsource to Aurora DB.
And its not working same SQL. Its throwing me this error
Internal error: oscar hash join failed.
Also thing is that, same SQL is working fine on PHPMyAdmin.
Here my question is that, Wyy its failing after moving to Auora?

Really Strange!

Hello Darshana,

what is your data base now RDS or Aurora ? you may need to have the data source for the data set as per the backend type.

Hope the set up is appropriate as required.

Cheers,

Now using Aurora. My SQL is working fine on Phpmyadmin aurora DB.

Thank you for letting us know. If the query executes correctly from your SQL query tool and not in QuickSight it might be related to something internal, to deal with this, I recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.

Hope this helps!

That is chargable right ?

@darshana.s ,

what does chargable mean ?

@Koushik_Muthanna
