Hi @Robert.Arken - Are there any more details on the error when you click on it? Are you seeing this error in the Analysis or on the SPICE refresh history page? Any more info you can provide will help us troubleshoot this with you.
I think best course of action would be to open a support case so they can look in the logs and see what the error is being caused by. Sorry we couldnt help more here from the community.
Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
