Is there a way to add a 'Row' calculated field?

I’m trying to add a ‘Calculated Field’ at a ROW level. For example, I would like to see a 7th row below calculated as ‘Surgical as % of Medical’ (new row which shows one row as a % of another)

In MS Excel Pivot, this is the equivalent of ‘Calculated Item’ (not Calculated Field). Trying to find if there is an equivalent feature in QS Pivot

QuickSight doesn’t currently have a Calculated Item equivalent.

As a workaround you could do something similar to In a Pivot Table. Is there any way to hide / show entire rows of values based on a control dropdown - #2 by robdhondt which would allow you to create additional rows.
