Is there a way to enlarge the data font in the tree map? I’ve set it to Extra Large, but how can I increase it further and make the text bold?

Unfortunately, full control over font size and weight (like making it bold) is limited in map visuals.
You can choose from multiple formatting options for your maps and geospatial charts. You can view formatting options by opening the Properties pane from the on-visual menu located at the top right of the currently selected geospatial map.

No, style points are not applicable in tree maps. However, in tree maps, you can increase the data label text size from small to extra large.
