I shared a dashboard with a client and he is complaining that they are not able to use the function “Export to CSV”, since it stays forever loading and the export doesnt happen, as shown on the bellow screenshot.
I tried to replicate the issue and for me it works all the times great, so I am not sure what to advise in here. Is this a known issue and is there a easy solution for this (like cleaning cookies, changing browser, etc)
Thanks for the reply. The client is filtering the dashboard and exporting a visual of a single KPI, so it isnt because of the size limit of the CSV.
Is there a limitation of the number of times that it’s possible to use the export function?
For instance, if they hit the Export Function 50 times, would it cause this issue?

If your client if not able to export visual/dashboard to CSV at all, then there could be custom permissions applied to this user. Please check this link:
What you can do:
Check if there are custom permissions attached to your client’s user or group.
Get the name of custom permission and check if it prohibits “export”.
Allow export action in that custom permission policy and try again.
