Limit y-axis value but leave the dynamic

is there a way to force the y-axis to be up to 100% instead of 120% ?

once I select range values 0 to 100 it always show all values and the values are difficult to read as they are close to zero

seems there are some underlying data with value higher than 100% such as 100.1%
like below example

you can update the data or you can change the max value in the line chart to be 100%
