Load data on table report only when a filter is applied otherwise report shows empty visual

Hello Community,

I have one dashboard for which the data source is Postgresql and the dataset Query mode Is Direct Query

All data gets rendered immediately in table but For our use case we want to render data only when we apply a search filter or any other filter.

Is there a way in quicksight through which I can achieve this functionality?

@musama : You can use the Show/Hide functionality (post selecting sheet layout as “free-form”) to make the object visible only when a filter selection is made.

Thanks @MadhuB I was able to show/hide data after applying rule for filter parameters. :slightly_smiling_face:
