Logins in the First 30 Days for each user

I am looking to find the average number of times users will login in their first 30 days with the platform and am stuck. I hope to be able to get this at the User level and then roll it up for an average of all users.

The relevant fields are

Login_ID - Unique Identifier for each login
Login_Date - DATE DIMENSION associated with each login ID
User_Id - Unique Identifier for each user
User_start_date - The date the user started (I want the logins for the first 30 days from this date for each user.)
