Lost access to quicksight

Hi I used to be able to access quicksight as an amazon employee but now when I try to access even just the login page it automatically brings me to this page saying

"Oops…

User: arn:aws:sts::756183895911:assumed-role/FocAccess/epreecha-Isengard is not authorized to perform: quicksight:DescribeAccountSubscription on resource: arn:aws:quicksight:us-east-1:756183895911:* because no identity-based policy allows the quicksight:DescribeAccountSubscription action"

It doesn’t give me an option to input any information, can you please help me recover my accessibility?

As this is a public forum, we would be unavailable to help you access that or be able to provide the information you may need to login.
I would suggest reaching out to the person who manages the QuickSight account that you had access to in the past. If you’re unfamiliar with who that contact would be, than you can create a support ticket.
