Managing multiple instance Topic Definition

We have two AWS accounts—one for DEV and another for QA. In our DEV account, we have several QuickSight Q topics defined. What is the best way to migrate these topics from DEV to QA?

Recreating topics manually in each environment (QA, STAGE, PREPROD, PROD) is not scalable or efficient. Is there a way to export and import Q topics or otherwise automate this migration process across environments?
