Map Visual Satellite Image Background Not Available When Sharing

When I set a Map Visual Background Image to the Satellite Image it looks great on my screen. However when I publish the Analysis the person that I share the Dashboard with can not see the Satellite Image but I still can. The person I shared the dashboard with gets a error message where the map should be loaded. The other background images work just fine when I share the dashboard. It is just the satellite image that my co-workers can not see. Does anybody have any ideas on why this might be happening?

Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
