Mapping reserved instances cost to linked accounts

Wanted to check if anyone deployed a solution to map reserved instances cost like EC2 Savings Plan, Redshift, ElastiCache, Elasticsearch from payer account (used for reservation purchase) to linked accounts (that consume the reservations).
