Mobile login doesn't work?

been trying to login with QuickSight mobile (IOS). have tried both email option and the native user id in numeric format. anyone experienced the same?

Did you input the name of the QuickSight account on the first screen (not your details but the general account)? Do you have a mfa token, as then you would also need to check that box and provide that while signing into the second screen?
