I need to collaborate with another analyst on the creation of a story but when I share the story with my colleague I can only add her as a viewer. Is it possible to add an editor to a data story?

Have you made sure that the other user has the same permissions as your Quicksight account? It is possible that they just don’t have the same access as you do.
I’m talking specifically about the Data Stories beta.
Hello @todd.hoffman, after digging through the documentation, I am not certain if you can share editing privileges with another user on a data story yet. Since this is a feature still in beta, it is possible that functionality has not been added.
Something that is worth checking, in case this is available, would be the User Role of the person you are wanting to share editing capabilities with. Make sure they are either an Author or an Admin on the account. I am also curious if Analyses and Datasets used in the data story need to be shared with an editor so they can access the required data and visuals to make edits. I am not certain on this though.
I’ll also link some documentation at the bottom of this response for how to share these data stories. If none of these options work for your use case, please let me know and I can mark it as a feature request for the support team. Thank you!
