NASC Shift Choice - QUICKSIGHT ACCESS

Hi,

I am an HR partner and I need help reaching the owner of the NASC Shift Choice Quicksight and request access. As an HRP, I need access for future Shift Choice dates. Please, I need support.

I don’t know who my admin is. I asked the rest of my HR team and they don’t know as well. I have very limited access to quicksight, where each link I’ve been given for metrics, attendance etc. always asks for permission and that I do not have access to it. I’ve asked my manager and HR Live for support. On their end, it shows I do have access, but when I go and use links/sites, it says I do not have permission.

Would you happen to have any insight? I’ll continue to dig and see who is my QS admin.

just to make sure, can you log in through one of the links on a page like:

just on English? If it show that you have access it seems you need to log into QuickSight bevor seeing the dashboards.

Hello @asarague , in order to access your company QuickSight account you should have received an invitation to join the QuickSight account.

This invitation should be in your inbox on an email with subject “Invitation to Join QuickSight” sent by “noreply@quicksight.aws”.

In case you havent received an invitation you need to contact your QuickSight administrator to be invited.

Hope it helps, I am marking this question as solved as from the community we don’t have access to NASC Shift Choice QuickSight account, the only option to get access to it would be to contact its administrator.
