I am trying to create a dashboard that would displays all rows and columns even if the value (for example amount) is null/no value.

For example, if I have a column, say department and 3 rows, say location. I would like to display all departments, even if there’s no value for that department like:

                                 Department 1. Department 2. Department 3

Location 1 10

Location 2 30

Locaton 3 20

Hi @gopinathpc - Not sure how is your dataset. I tried with 2 different datasets and got the following:

Dataset -1: Please refer to the screenshot below:

I created the following pivot table:

Please note that I ensured that the value field is a float or integer.

Dataset -2: Please refer to the screenshot below:

I created the following table:

Please note that I ensured that the department fields are a float or integer.

Let us know if this is helpful. Thanks!

Hi,
Sorry the example values I mentioned got misaligned, instead of under each of the departments.

I meant to say

Location 1 has 10 under department 1
Locaiton 2 has 30 under department 1
Location 3 has 20 under department 1

department 1 has none.
But I want department 2 also to be displayed (without any values, of course).
department 1 department 2
Location 1 10
Location 2 30
Location 3 20

No values under department 2

Hi,

Can you please share a sample data set? Thanks!
