Hi… When receiving a new laptop how does one sign into quicksite using the single sign on? We are not able to sign in and quicksite will not accept a pw. No option to use a single sign on like when using previous computer. Thank You.

Ideally, changing the device from which you connect to QuickSight shouldn’t impact your experience. However, in scenarios wherein the single sign-on identity provider is accessible only from without your company network and your new device doesn’t have the right (vpn) configuration to access the company network, you can run into issues. It is best to reach out to your company’s IT support or BI/QuickSight admin team to resolve this issue.
