Hello! I just switched teams and my new team has a Quicksight dashboard/wiki but the individual who used to edit it has left the company. No one on the team currently knows how to provide me access to the quicksight account. I have the account ID. Is there anyway someone from QS can provide me access to that account? Please let me know if there is anything I can provide in order to get this access. Thanks!

You’ll need to reach out to your IT team or administrator that would have access to your company’s AWS account or the email of the person that left.
As a policy, no one outside of the AWS account will be able to provide details or access to the account. Your company should have a root user in the AWS account that can provide access to QuickSight.
