New user not receiving email invitation

Hi All,

We have a user who despite multiple requests being raised for them, has not received an email with an activation link.

This is not due to any firewall issues as multiple users with the same set up have been able to receive their activation email and set up their accounts.

Is there a way to escalate this and check that the emails are being sent?

You’ll want to submit a support ticket. Depending your your permissions someone else in your organization may need to do so. Here is the documentation:
