Opensearch issue in cost reports


The costs of my Aws opensearch and aws quicksight are not aligned (higher in cost explorer) although my tagging seels correct.
Fyi I have only one opensearch in my account.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be ?



Are you using direct query?

I am using a Lambda function to get the data from the cost explorer API and query the bucket using Athena. Data is then transported to Quicksight

Here are the steps to open a support case (Creating support cases and case management - AWS Support). If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
