I am able to add any of the page number options to the footer of a paginated report but when the report is ran through the scheduler it does not show via email or in dashboard view. If you manually export the pdf from the dashboard it does print. Anything you include in this text area is not printed, not just page number fields. Any ideas?See side by side screenshot
When you created the paginated report sheet, did you double check the paper size that was selected? I wonder if it is doing that because it is formatted for a different size paper than you are using.
