Phone report where the agent can only see their records


I have a report where it shows the individual call records (inbound and outbound) for all agents.
I want the agent to log in and see their individual records only and obviously not any other agents call records.

I have searched other threads but they are discussing having a separate table with usernames but this wouldn’t be practical as there are a couple of thousands agents.

i guess RLS is the right option even if it doenst sounds practical.
But the table would be simple, just username and agents (or what ever the field is).
