I have a pie chart in my Quicksight dashboard, which has few categories.
I can choose to show 4/5 categories and the rest is grouped as “others”.
But, I would like to select on"others" and expand that category in the pie chart.
Just like the following example,
How to achieve that in Quicksight?

To clarify, do you want this to be a dynamic option? For example, the same visual would expand rather than navigate to a new visual?
I don’t believe that this is possible currently but depending on your desired end result there could be a workaround.

Ideally, I would like the same visual to expand.
But, atleast I would like the users to see what is there in the “others”.
Could you let me know, what’s the workaround.

At AWS, our roadmap is primarily driven by our customers. Your feedback helps us build a better service. I have tagged this as a feature request.
Maybe create another visual with other categories using custom actions for filtering and navigating.
