Pivot Table - plus/minus sign

Hi evryone,
I have a table that has 10 columns that have hirarchy relations between each other. the first column is the father, the second column is his son and so on, till the 10’s column.
I created a pivot Table from this table, my problem is that there are some rows that doesn’t fill with values in all of their columns (fields).
And the pivot table show the “+” sign anyway,
I put an empty custom value instead of the “+” sign, but I wish there wasn’t any “+” or “-” where there are no values.
someone know if there is an option to do it?

P.S
I know that there is an option to “Hide +/- buttons” but I don’t want to do it, because it’s means that the user should click much many times to find the field in this hierarchy that he is looking for,
because in this way he should click in any level on the right button and than “Exclude X” :

Hi @Noys
thats an common issue with unbalanced hierarchies in “non-hierarchical” systems.
I would rather bring the leaf element to the last column and continue the parent or leaf for the other columns then write “empty” elements.
