Are you able to share any details or an image of how the visual used to render? Including the fields used and visual type, please obscure/omit any sensitive information before doing so.
Can I also ask you to confirm that, when you remove the calculated field from the visual, the visual renders and the error message is not displayed?
If so, does the calculated field display when added to other types of visual?
I would also suggest opening a support ticket, see - Creating support cases and case management - AWS Support . If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf
