Hi Team- I’m unable to access the drop down option on this QS to download the necessary data. Could someone please assist?

Analysis owner may have restricted the download option. Contact them to get download access in the dashboard.

Please check with your manager or QuickSight Admin to find out the analysis owner. They might be able to help you.
