Problem with autosaving

Hello,
I am changing a points on map visual (after I replaced the dataset where it was reading the data) and now, if I try to remove that visual, or change the field, I always get autosave error.
is there a way to fx it?

UPDATE:I have the same problem also for other visuals of the report

Could you share a screenshot of the error message you’re receiving?

Also, do multiple users have access to the analysis you’re working on by chance? Most often, autosave errors are caused from multiple users having an analysis open simultaneously; as only one person can be working on at a given time.
What if you tried saving a new file of the analysis to create a duplicate and test to see if you’re still receiving the same autosave errors on the new version.

I have faced this behaviour before in some cases, what worked for me was reverting to the old dataset, which then allowed me to delete the visualizations and then I recreated the visualizations with the new dataset.

I would also recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
