Publish a dashboard

HI,
What is the best practice when needed to share a production data dashboard?
Are all the viewers must have a QuickSight account?
In Addition, once I shared a dashboard and made some changes, are those changes shown automatically for the viewers?

Hi @tzachi

  1. depends on your environment and price. You could embed the dashboard somewhere. Then you don’t need a user for everyone (as far as I know)
  2. The update will be visible as soon as you update/publish the analysis.
    You are working on analysis only. As long as you don’t publish the analysis as dashboard the will be no changes at the dashboard.

Not sure I understood.
I am publishing a dashboard of production data.
My solution was to create QuickSight for all viewers.
I am working on Enterprise edition

yes, you can create an viewer user for each of recipient. Thats the easiest way.
