Q topics are not showing up in Reader access

Have problems to share the Quicksight Q topic to my customers. The steps for sharing the Quicksight Q:

  1. Created Quicksight Q topic on the dataset
  2. Share the topic to my customer
  3. Republish the dashboard using the dataset

I updated the Dataset and topic and published again the dashboard and shared the topic, dashboard access to user. but he is still not able to access the topic. sometimes he is not able to see Amazon Q button at the top.

Please help

Still i have again saved the dashboards and published and shared again, but the reader is not able to access the topics. Sometimes in reader access the AMAZON Q symbol is not showing up. Please help. As i need to provide the access to the end user.

Or do we have topics enabled only in Author login ? Please let me know.

I have the same problem. Please advise ! It happened after new version of Quicksight Q has been published.

@demola I am having the same issue. It seems as if only Reader Pro users can access Q, but the documentation I’ve seen indicates it should be available to Readers as well. Can you advise?
