Hi @Pradeep_Subramanian
Basically what I want is that - we have multiple sites, each has their audits stored in {Publication Date Time}. I want the name of those sites that have consecutively got 3 {Risk Rating.Grade} as BLACK lately.
This pivot doesnt seem to work or even filter or even do any conditional formatting.
We have 3 ratings - BLACK, AMBER and RED. I even created separate columns where i wrote 1 if it is black, and the same for other ratings
Hi @Bushra_BV,
It’s been awhile since we last heard from you, did you have any additional questions or were you able to find a work around for your solution?

Hi @Bushra_BV,
Yes, I read your earlier response where you mentioned that, but when you say that you ‘want the name of those sites’…what do you envision the outcome looking like? Are the sites listed under a different field or are they the ‘descriptions’ that are in your screenshot above?
I asked about conditional formatting because you mentioned that the pivot table was not doing any conditional formatting, what type of formatting are your trying to do?
Please provide a bit more explanation on what you’re working to achieve and how you’d like it to look so that we can try and assist further.
Additionally, it may be easier to assist if you were to create a sample of your analysis with anonymized data in the QuickSight Arena view.
