Questioning Q with multiple classification items

Hi Team,

I encountered an issue while questioning Q Topic with multiple classification items.

My Q Topic is trained with a program dataset containing program names and associated metrics. When I ask a question like, “List the metrics for program names A, B, C, D, E”, it returns the expected results. However, when the query includes more than five names, such as “List the metrics for program names A, B, C, D, E, F”, it returns an unexpected answer (aggregate of all) with an error: “Temporary High Demand - Due to high demand, you might experience a temporary decrease in the quality of results. Please re-try shortly.”

Is this behavior expected, or could it be related to a limitation or configuration issue? If not, could you advise on how to address or bypass this limitation?

Thank you!

@adurai ,

I have not seen this error myself for Q&A with a Q topic . Could you add a screenshot of this error message ?

Kind regards,
Koushik

Here’s the screenshot,

When i ask the question “Display the metrics for program_id’s :” the below screenshot is displayed

@adurai ,

1/ are you still facing these errors ?
2/ one of your screenshot says it’s a syntax issue : has this been corrected ?
3/ a rough estimate after asking how many questions you got this error ?

  1. Yes, I’m still facing these errors
  2. Yes the syntax was corrected and it was returning results for less items
  3. 800 questions

@Brett , Do you have any thoughts on this ?

@adurai ,

I have not been able to replicate this, the best route would be to file a support ticket for more in depth assistance to figure out the root cause!

Kind regards,
Koushik

Hi @adurai,
Sorry I did not see that you had tagged me on this post. I have not encountered this error yet either unfortunately. I would agree with Koushik that filing a support ticket may be your best option!
