Hello! I recently moved from Windows to Mac, upon installing AmaoznQuick on Mac, I was unable to see any of my history log conversations. How can i recover my history from windows to Mac ?

First, just to preface, conversation history is saved up to 90 days. However, if that is not your case, then that is definitely some interesting behavior you are encountering. Just to confirm, are you having these conversations via Quick Web or Quick Desktop? The reason I ask is because currently Quick Desktop conversations are only saved locally, so if you switched devices even if using the same account, that would be why this is occurring for you. Please let me know if you are using Quick Web instead.

thank you for you response. I’m using Quick desktop. same account. however, when setting up my new laptop, my chat history was bank

Apologies for the delay in response. I would definitely say this is due to the local nature of Quick Desktop. Although not ideal, I would recommend starting chats again from scratch and saving the output to ensure you do not lose conversations after 90 days.
