While you can utilize actions to navigate, filter down selected visuals and with URL’s; they don’t quite have the ability to jump you down to a different portion of the same sheet.
But you could certainly achieve this by setting up your detailed drill down table on a separate sheet within the same analysis. That way you could set up a navigation action on your overview table; which will allow users to make a selection and navigate directly to the detailed table (while also setting any filters that may be needed through the use of parameters).
