Are you the owner of the dashboard?
It sounds like there is RLS applied to the dashboard that sets permission boundaries based on the user.
If you are not the owner, I would suggest reaching out to an admin or owner who can shed further light on why this is the case!

Hi, I have had a look at the datasets and there are no RLS enabled. This seems more like a glitch where sometimes when you publish the analysis the numbers in the analysis and the published dashboard are not the same while there are no filters and for some people it shows no data when filtering.

Hello @Kajeevan23, I am curious, do you have any dynamic default values for parameterized filters that could impact what individual users are seeing? Also, if you are implementing cascading filters, it is possible that cached filters for a specific user could be interfering with default values that are set on the analysis.

It seems to me that there is an interaction with the filters that is causing the users to have a different experience rather than it being a bug. I haven’t seen anything like that on my end to validate it, so I want to check for any possible errors first. Can you provide some more information about how the parameters, controls, and filters are set up on the analysis and how the user is able to interact with them on the dashboard?
