QuickSight Generative Q&A

I’m using the embedding approach with QuickSight’s Generative Q&A experience and am looking for a way to pass a parameter to the Generative Q&A API to filter data, similar to how parameters work in analysis and dashboards. The built-in topic filter doesn’t meet our needs, as it would require creating multiple topics to accommodate different data.

Is there a way to use the same topic and control the data based on the value I pass?

To my knowledge you can not apply a parameter control to a Q Topic at this time. I can mark this as a feature request for the QuickSight team!
