I have 2 problems, firstly when I go into the mobile app onto a Dashboard on a particular page where I have custom visual using a URL that is linked to icon-Image. The app jumps to the URL of the location of the where the image is stored, instead of staying on the Dashboard.
Secondly the app also has a problem periodically that the screen goes all ‘White’ when I click to view a Dashboard, I see visuals for a ‘Second’ and then they disappear with all that’s left on my screen is at the top, which is Dashboard ‘Name’ and the Tab ‘Name’, the rest is blank.
