QuickSight Q pricing

Want to know below :-

  1. In capacity based pricing, if a user ask question which is marked as not answerable, is that also deducted from questions capacity?
  2. I have a large user base of my application, How can I limit that a particular user can ask only limited questions in a month in order to keep it within capacity of questions. Is there a way to know that particular user has already asked say X number of questions?

My suggestion is to arrange a session with your Account Manager from AWS side.

You may receive suggestions here based on our own experiences. But it is best to address pricing questions with AWS directly.
