Hi, I’m receiving null values in my report, and would like to understand what it represents?

Hi @Rebecca_Holmberg
we can’t access your dashboard.
Sounds like there are no data available (for your filter criteria) or you are not allowed to see the data.
Are you author/owner of the dashboard?
BR
I assume that “Level” is some kind of a hierarchy.
And you dont have elements for the particular (hierarchy) level

Thanks Erik,
Would you suggest to reach out to the dashboard owner to understand why these elements does not excist? It’s quite big bucket…
Yes. Thats what I would do even I already know the answer.
“The hierarchy is just not balanced”
You can also check if the two “lifecycle prime” and “lifecycle prime,…” should be one.
Hi Erik! Thank you for this illustrative explaination
Hi @ErikG, Thank you for your informative explanation. I now understand that the hierarchy is not balanced. However, my case is slightly different because I have values associated within different levels of the hierarchy. My question is: Is it possible to create a calculation that reflects the value only at the level to which it is associated? In the example picture below, for instance, the value 366 is associated with Name1.3, but if I have additional values (not in this particular level, but appears for all of them), this particular value may appear as null in other associations.
Same ideia in our Name1.2. The value 343 is associated directly in our Name1.2 level.
