QuickSight - Unable to Label Left and Right Y-Axis in Clustered Bar Combo Chart with Multiple Bars/Lines

I’m trying to create a clustered bar combo chart with multiple calculated fields for both bars and lines. However, I’m encountering an issue where no title appears for the Y-axis on both the left and right sides of the chart. Can someone please assist me how to add dth in the left hand side of the y-axis and RV in the right hand side of y-axis?

Attached the screenshot for the reference:

Hello Vaishnavi,

First of all Welcome to the QuickSight Community. Glad to have you hear.

You should be able to do it with format visuals as shown below.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Deep

Hello, Deep -

Thank you for the reply. I don’t have title for the line and bar in my format visual. The reason that is happening is because i have multiple measures under my bar and line (screen shot attached). I can avoid multiple measures for bar and get label for my left hand side of my y-axis grouping by the equipment type(MLA,MHE and NON-MHE) but if i do the same thing for line i get just one line instead i need 3 (grouping by equipment type). Sorry, I’m not able to add more images.

Hi @vaishuk,
This may be a current limitation then within QuickSight. One work around could be to add the Legend to show what each line signifies.

I’ll mark as a feature request but let us know if you have any additional questions.

If we do not hear back within the next 3 business days, I’ll go ahead and close out this topic as well.

Thank you!

Sure, that would be helpful.
