QuickSight Visual showing blank for embedded chat agent in website

We have embedded a Quick chat agent into our website. When the chat agent is generating QuickSight visual, it is showing blank.
Is there some settings we missed? Our website is whitelisted from QuickSight allowed embedded domain and the embedded dashboard shows perfectly in our website.

Just to confirm the full scope, is it showing blank while generating and then producing a proper response or is it not returning anything at all?
Have you tested out the same requests in the chat agent directly within the UI so that you can see if it’s an issue with the agent or the embedding?

So in the embedded version, ultimately it does provide a proper response but then during the ‘loading time’, it looks blank as opposed to saying something along the lines of ‘working on it’?

No, ultimately the QuickSight visual it created is blank. It shows a block of QuickSight visual with blank visual in it in the chat. (Shown below) And if we continue chatting with the agent to ask it about the visual it created, it would say it never created any visual.

In the QuickSight Console, it is able to create visual and the visual shows up properly.

Thanks for the further explanation; that’s really odd behavior as it’s happening in the console but not when embedded, this seems like more of a bug to me than something that you’re missing. I don’t believe there’s anything additional needed in the embedding process to account for this.
I would suggest creating a support ticket to report this issue:

Yes, I faced the same issue as well. The trend chart works properly, but the table visual shows up blank.

I have the same issue in the embed: conversations and Highcharts charts appear normally, but “QuickSight visuals” are always blank

@Brett I am getting the same issue, i reckon it’s becos of the artifacts of QuickSight visuals are not properly generated. on the other hand, artifacts of Table are working fine.

and this is occurs when embedding Qchat into the web site.

since there are already multiple reports. could please kindly getting touch with AWS support team to have a general guideline if they had already solved such cases?
