QuickSight VPC Connection Status Not UNAVAILABLE

Hi,
I am trying to create a VPC connection to add datasets from private RDS.
I followed all the steps from the link and both RDS and QuickSight are in the same region.
But the status of the connection is still UNAVAILABLE.
What else do I need to check?

Hi, I solved the issue by following the steps in the link.
It turns out to be a permission issue.
