Recently, Redo and Undo options on the published dashboards are not working. It got disabled all of the sudden. I could see the buttons but it doesn’t seem to enable for some reason even if i make multiple selections on the filters. I am using classic layout by the way. May i know what could be the issue? Appreciate your help
Hello @lalprasanth, I checked on a dashboard to see how it functions for me. I noticed that if I change a selection on a filter control, it doesn’t enable the back button. If I make a change on a visual though, like a drill down or sort, then it does enable the button. Did you experience different functionality previously? I think it might just be how the back and forward buttons work in the dashboard experience.
@DylanM When i tried it with drilldown button, i was able to see the redo and undo, however, when i engage with them, visuals are not going back or forward.

Hello @lalprasanth, after using the drill down on the visual it didn’t return to the previous state after clicking undo? If that is the case, I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can
dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your
company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS
Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
